Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chopped onion
    1 large chicken, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a buttered casserole, layer tortillas that have been cut in
    strips.
    Place layer of chicken that has been deboned and seasoned.
    Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes and onions and pour over chicken.
    Top
    with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
    This recipe may be doubled for a
    large crowd.
    Make another layer of tortillas, chicken and end with sauce and cheese.
