Libby'S Pancake Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 well beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    buttermilk (enough to make mixture easily stirred; don't overmix)
Preparation
    Mixture should be slightly lumpy.
    Drop large spoonfuls on hot griddle and cook both sides until brown.
    Serve with hot syrup and more butter.
    Should serve 3.
