Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, washed with skins left on
    3 small onions
    Velveeta cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer sliced potatoes and onions.
    Between each layer, spread grated cheese, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Shake 2 cups milk with flour until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add milk to about 1 inch below potato line.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
