All Eyes On The Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb brown and serve sausages
    1 cup rice
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, divided
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 sm. tomato
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Crumble.
    Retain 2 Tbsp. bacon grease and add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender.
