Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can sliced stewed tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
2 cans Campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
2 (16 oz.) cartons green onion dip
1 large bag tortilla chips crushed (14 oz.)
2 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning, corn and stewed tomatoes; mix well. Spray 13 X 9 inch pan. Put crushed tortilla chips on bottom of pan, then add meat mixture. Mix green onion dip and soup together. Spread on top of meat mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cover top of casserole with shredded cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
