Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    6 1/2 c. of flour-plain (Hudson Creme)
    1 c. dry milk
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the cup of water that is warm while preparing the dry ingredients.
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Then in another bowl mix the liquid ingredients.
    Dump the dry ingredients into the liquid and stir; mix well.
    Put aluminum foil over mixture and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    About 2 hours before serving, knead on pastry sheet.
    Pinch 2 pieces and put in muffin pan, butter top and set aside until they rise. Makes 3 dozen.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
