Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken legs and thighs, separated
    2 c. flour
    olive oil
    3 eggs
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash chicken and let stand in cold water with salt added. After 10 minutes, remove chicken.
    Wash and drain.
    Remove skin from thighs. Dry with paper towel.
    Put chicken in brown paper bag with flour. Close bag on top and shake until all chicken is coated with flour.
