Slaw For Freezer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Chop cabbage and mix with salt.
Let stand 2 hours. Drain, if needed.
Add celery, pepper and onions.
