Susan'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large can chopped black olives
    1 head chopped iceberg lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 or 2 bags taco flavored tortilla chips
    1 or 2 bottles Catalina French dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; if you rinse meat with water, you can remove most of the fat.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the dressing.
    Toss well.
    You can add the dressing to the salad before serving or have the dressing on the side.
    Serve immediately.
