First Place Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Crush cornflakes and 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Mix all ingredients except the cornflakes and margarine.
    Place in buttered 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with almonds and place in refrigerator overnight.
    When ready to serve, bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle cornflakes and melted butter on top the last 15 to 20 minutes.
