Icing For Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. milk
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. or more coconut

Preparation

While the cake is baking, put the sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan and let melt slowly. Do not boil.
When the cake is done, take from oven and pour the icing mixed with the coconut over cake and replace in oven for a few minutes until icing settles and looks bubbly.
