Spaetzles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 medium to large potatoes
    3 lb. bacon
    2 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    several c. flour
    1 egg
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 cube butter
    some margarine
Preparation
    You will need 2 or 3 large pots (1 with a lid), a large skillet, a
    tea
    kettle
    of
    hot
    water,
    a colander, a dinner plate, a
    sharp
    knife,
    a
    large
    spoon
    for
    heavy mixing, a blender with
    grating setting (or a hand grater), a large bowl and a large slotted spoon.
