Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs (beaten well)
    2 - 3 bananas (mashed)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until real light and fluffy.
    Add well mashed bananas and beaten eggs.
    Blend well.
    Sift flour and mix in dry ingredients; add to first mixture.
    Bake in a well greased loaf pan for about 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Yield:
    1 loaf or 4 mini loaves.
