Brown Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. natural whole wheat flour
2 oz. shortening
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 level tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. bran
2 tsp. yeast
11 oz. warm water or milk
Preparation

Mix sugar and 1/2 of milk or water.
Sprinkle yeast and let raise in warm place.
Cut up shortening in small pieces; add remainder of milk and put aside in warm place to melt butter.
