Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
butter
Preparation
-
Heat milk until skim forms.
Beat eggs and mix with sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add milk to egg mixture.
Pour into baking dish and dot with butter.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
