1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs (one at a time)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
grated lemon rind
Preparation

Grease and flour pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, vanilla and juice. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
