Vanilla Wafer Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of lemon juice
    pie filling of your choice
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Place 1 wafer in foil baking cups.
    Fill about 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture (cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Top with pie filling.
