Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can regular corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 cube margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese). Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.
    Pour in mixture.
    Spread sour cream on top.
    Sprinkle cheese on sour cream.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until middle is set.
