Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
additional confectioners sugar
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together the butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Then stir in the flour, salt and nuts.
Chill dough. Then roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake until set, but not brown at 400\u00b0, for 10 to 12 minutes.
While still warm, roll ball in confectioners sugar.
Cool.
Roll in confectioners sugar again. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
