Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. farmer cheese
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter until dough forms.
    Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
    Divide in thirds.
    Roll each third into 10-inch circle.
    Cut each circle into 10 wedge shaped pieces.
    Spread with farmer cheese which has been mixed with the egg and salt.
    Roll as for croissants.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.
    Serve hot.
