Apricot Flip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Red Star yeast (dry)
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. softened margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot scalded milk
2 tsp. salt
3 unbeaten eggs
5 to 5 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine in mixing the bowl 1/2 cup margarine or butter, sugar, scalded milk and salt.
Stir to melt butter or margarine to lukewarm.
Add unbeaten eggs, beating after each.
Gradually add flour to form stiff ball of dough. Knead for 5 minutes on floured surface.
