Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can artichokes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano and Tabasco
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain and chop artichokes.
    Saute onion and garlic in a little butter until limp.
    Combine onion mixture with artichokes and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
