German Chocolate Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. (or more) broken pecans
German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle coconut and broken pecans in pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and pecans. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop by spoonfuls over top of cake in pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check. Put foil under cake because the top runs over a little.
