Tiny Quiche Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt and pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    parsley
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    your favorite pastry (4 single crusts will make about 64 tiny tarts)
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    12 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut pastry into 2-inch circle and gently line small muffin tins.
    Into pastry shell sprinkle small amount of chopped onion. Sprinkle small amount of crumbled bacon.
