Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large soft flour tortillas
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa or picante sauce
Preparation
    Cream together the sour cream, cream cheese, green chillies, black olives, garlic powder and grated cheese.
    Divide the mixture on the 10 flour tortillas; spread evenly.
    Roll up the tortillas and cut in approximately 1-inch pieces.
    Set in a low dish; cool for several hours.
    Serve with salsa (mild, medium or hot) or picante sauce (to be used as a dipping sauce).
