Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick rising yeast
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.
    Add to all other ingredients and then flour.
    Place in oiled bowl and let rise double.
    You can make out the biscuits or refrigerate until needed.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator 2 days.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
