Parsley Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. white rice
    1/2 c. freshly chopped parsley
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Bring broth, water, salt and butter to a boil. Add rice. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley and almonds.
