Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    To bake, roll dough to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter or drop by spoon onto baking sheet that has been sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Dough can be stored in the refrigerator and used as needed.
