Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. wheat germ
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs at medium speed.
Add flour, wheat germ, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda to combine.
Then at high speed, mix thoroughly.
Fold in nuts.
