Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. raw apples
2 c. fresh or frozen coconut
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. liquid shortening
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until tests done.
