Crullers (Liste) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cream or canned milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. wine or liquor
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat yolks, salt, sugar, cream and liquor.
    Add flour; knead dough until ready to roll out (let stand for 1/2 hour).
    Add a little flour if needed to knead.
