Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. sour cream
    3 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix the butter, soup, sour cream, onions and 2 cups Cheddar cheese, leaving one cup cheese for topping.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle reserved 1 cup cheese over top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
