Chocolate Island - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold strong coffee
Preparation

Mix and sift first four ingredients.
Melt chocolate and butter; add to first mixture.
Combine milk and vanilla and blend into mixture.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Mix remaining sugar, brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
Pour coffee over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
Very rich, but low-fat!
