Lusitanian Oysters(Ostras Lusitanas) - cooking recipe

2 doz. oysters
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. white table wine
all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon and lemon wedges
grated Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
Preparation

Scrub oysters thoroughly; open slightly, then cook for a few minutes in a little water.
Reserve liquid and place oysters in a greased oven-safe dish.
