Easy Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
4 oz. mild cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter casserole good.
Break bread up and put in dish. Scramble sausage.
Drain.
Pour sausage over the bread.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Pour over other ingredients.
Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with biscuit and jelly.
