Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deep-dish pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour (plain or self-rising)
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal mix (plain or self-rising)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick melted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In blender, blend eggs, then buttermilk and then remaining ingredients for approximately 1 minute.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake on middle rack for approximately 55 minutes at 375\u00b0, or until brown on top.
