Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar grape leaves
1 c. basmati rice (your choice white or brown)
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 c. garbanzos (chickpeas)
1/2 medium sized yellow onion
spices to your own taste (I use 2 cloves garlic, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. mint, 1/2 tsp. thyme and 1/2 tsp. rosemary)
Preparation

Remove the grape leaves from the jar (don't tear them) and set them in some cool water to soak away some of the saltiness. Save the brine for later!
