Crab Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked or canned
    salt to taste
    25 toast rounds or triangles
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, lemon juice, crab meat and salt; mix well. Spread each toast round with mixture.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Broil until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen canapes.
