Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Make 3 wells and add vanilla, vinegar and oil.
Pour cold water over all and mix well. This may be mixed and baked in same pan or grease and flour 2 (9-inch) layer pans or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
