Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped bananas
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple and one cup nuts.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
