Doves With Rice In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 doves
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    3 small white onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Saute the rice in the butter until brown, not burned.
    Place in bottom of casserole dish.
