Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
a few drops of food coloring (any color)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in medium pan.
Cook over low heat until well mixed.
Let cool.
