Spanish Rice(Great Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white rice, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 small onion
1 large bouillon cube
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, water, onion and bouillon in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Make sure you have a full 2 1/2 c. of liquid.
If not, add water to total 2 1/2 cups.
Bring liquid to boil in saucepan.
Immediately add rice and cover, then lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
DO NOT LIFT LID!
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
