Southern Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 c. Pillsbury's Best bread flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and cut in butter.
    Stir in buttermilk. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead lightly.
    Roll 1-inch thick.
    Cut with floured biscuit cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Smother in butter and sink your teeth in.
