Sweet And Sour Microwave Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 20 meatballs. Place in 9-inch round glass baking dish.
Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on Roast, stirring once.
Drain and let stand, covered, about 3 minutes.
During standing time for meatballs, microwave Sweet-Sour Sauce.
