Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar by hand (please wash them first!).
    Have the flour measured; add it, a bit at a time.
    Also add the nuts, alternating flour and nuts until done.
    If the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour.
    Wipe your hands off, then put a little flour on your hands as needed while you roll balls of dough (about the size of a walnut and 1-inch in diameter).
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes (until lightly browned).
    Cool completely, then shake them in a Baggie of powdered sugar.
    Recipe can be doubled for holiday baking.
