Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 broilers, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 dashes Tabasco
1/2 c. boiling water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard in 1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Salt chicken and place skin side down in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and brush both sides of chicken with mixture.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 45 minutes, turning and basting often, until tender.
Just before serving, put into a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or broil 5 minutes for a crisp chicken (I do boneless, skinless chicken breasts this way, covered; delicious!).
