Irish Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 bay leaf
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 carrots, cut in bite size chunks
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 or 8 portions, brown in skillet and add ingredients and simmer on low for 2 hours.
