Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; moisten with a little of the milk.
    Add melted margarine, eggs, remainder of milk, vanilla and coconut. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
    Bake in greased aluminum pie pans.
    Will make its own crust.
