Fruit Salad Ole' - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
1 small avocado, cut in chunks
1 c. jicama sticks
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. cider vinegar or red or white wine vinegar or substitute lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
3/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Toss salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.
Serves 6 or 8.
